I just want to say how much I appreciate the help given by Watford Health Centre today. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional and an issue I had been worrying about for some time was resolved during a telephone conversation with the Doctor. I initially contacted NHS111 who responded very quickly, within an hour I received a phone call from the practice to say a doctor would be in touch. Within the next hour the doctor had called and a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. First class service all round.May 2021
I was having a problem about my prescription where to send it since I had a broken foot. And the lady who answered my phone call was so helpful she has a soft kind voice, she did her best to help. Great service. Notification that you had ordered a flu injection for me without having to ask for it. On the day, socially distanced waiting area, under cover, with staff directing people to doctor’s consulting rooms. Production line process. In and out, in under 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that!September 2020
